Entry & Late Arrivals
Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the time slot for which you purchased your ticket(s). Your ticket is valid only for the date and time selected at the time of purchase.
Wardrobe
Please take care of your coats, bags and other personal belongings. We accept no liability for lost or damaged items.
Food & Drinks
The consumption of food and beverages is not permitted on the premises.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire exhibition area. This also applies to e cigarettes, shisha, e shisha and similar devices. The consumption of drugs is strictly prohibited.
Animals
Animals are not permitted anywhere on the premises, with the exception of trained assistance dogs.
Photo & Film
You are welcome to take photos and videos for private use and share them on your social media channels. Please do not use flash or tripods. Commercial use is not permitted. For commercial requests, please contact us in advance at: info@kunstkrafwerk-leipzig.com
Video Surveillance
For your safety, the premises are under video surveillance.
Supervisory Staff
The instructions of the supervisory staff must be followed.
House Rules
Employees of KUNSTKRAFTWERK are authorised to enforce the house rules on behalf of the management.
